● Student ticket: including 3-day full ticket for the meeting (January 5-7, 2025), graduates and graduate students are required to provide student identity certificates, excluding 21% VAT;

● One-day ticket:

Sunday ticket, including tickets for the conference and exhibition on January 5, 2025, social events, buffet dinner, excluding 21% VAT;

Monday ticket, including tickets for the conference and exhibition on January 6, 2025, social events, conference coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinners, excluding 21% VAT;

Tuesday ticket, including tickets for the conference and exhibition on January 7, 2025, social events, conference coffee breaks, lunch, excluding 21% VAT;

● Early registration: you can enjoy the preferential price if you complete the registration and pay the fee before November 30, 2024, including 3-day full ticket, excluding 21% VAT;

(All registration fees only include catering, tea breaks and various social activities during the conference, tickets to the exhibition, and accommodation fees are not included.)

Ticket Purchase Notice

1. The conference cost shown is the cost of each participant, including catering, tea breaks, various social activities and exhibition tickets during the conference, excluding accommodation;

2. Please fill in the registration information (such as name, contact number, email address, etc.) of the participants truthfully, and you can attend the meeting only after the registration is successful. If you do not sign up, you will not be able to attend the meeting normally;

3. One account can purchase multiple tickets (single-day tickets can be purchased by date combination), and only one ticket can be purchased for a single order;

4. Tickets for the conference only support 1 people, one vote. For safety reasons, children under 12 years old are not supported to enter the venue. Please understand;

5. The time for purchasing tickets registered in advance is before 24:00 on November 30, 2024. The number of preferential tickets is limited and stock lasts;

6. The purchase time of regular tickets is from 00:00 on December 1, 2024 to 24:00 on January 4, 2025. The number of tickets is limited and stock lasts;

7. Deadline for registration: January 4, 2025, 24:00;

8. About ticket invoice: Please contact info@cropibasia.com for customer service support after the meeting. We will issue and send it to your email within 7 working days. Ticket invoices provide electronic ordinary invoices and special invoices. Electronic ordinary invoices will be sent to you using the email address you filled in after your application is approved. If you need to issue a special invoice, you need to be certified as an enterprise developer and open a paid service before you can apply. We will send it to you using the email address you filled in after your application is approved.
